About Toshiba's Warranty

Toshiba are the first manufacturer to remove spend level as the guiding measure when it comes to the level of warranty you can benefit from. If you are an F gas registered installer, trained, competent and good at what you do then regardless of what you spend you should benefit from this industry leading warranty.

Toshiba air conditioning equipment comes with a possible three levels of warranty, which depends on the installer / maintenance contractor.  The warranty cover will include the cost of the parts for the repair and  a labour allowance to go towards the cost of the repair.  Please note that this labour allowance is not expected to cover the complete cost of the repair but is there to offset some of the costs.   A schedule of the allowable labour costs can be found on the warranty terms and conditions by clicking on any of the icons on the right.

5 Year Warranty 

The lower tier of the warranty system comes as standard with the equipment and gives 5 Years Warranty from the date of commissioning of the system.

7 Year Warranty 

The next tier of the warranty system comes with the equipment and gives 7 Years Warranty from the date of commissioning of the system.

7 Year Comprehensive Warranty 

The next tier of the warranty system comes with the equipment and gives 7 Years Warranty from the date of commissioning of the system and includes for enhanced labour allowances.

Please note the the warranty of the system is subject to correct installation and continued service and maintenance of the system.
